Quotation

There is no mode boundary between navigation and editing operations. A user can directly manipulate the contents of a frame at any time. This is done by moving the mouse cursor to the desired location on the screen and clicking buttons on the mouse, or in the case of text input, typing keys on the keyboard.   Google-1   Google-2
