Summary

A link may have an arbitrary source and destination. Most links occur between pages or within pages. The destination of a intra-page link is an anchor. Pages may link paragraphs or individual characters. The links may be permanently assigned to a given version of a page. Links may be bidirectional. They may have a purpose such as 'rebuttal'.
