Summary

A relationship is a set of associations between entities for the same reason. For example the parent relationship is the set of all parent-child associations. A relationship may be represented by a table of tuples, a list of facts, or a graph. Though an entity could be a set of entities, it is normally a single thing. (cbb 1/90)
